I'd just like to say that I completely agree with the things you've said about Nathan. I love him as much as the next person; he does a sterling job at playing Castle and his personality is great. I get that Firefly is always gonna be his first love too- and that is completely understandable. I just wish he wouldn't disrespect Castle, because for diehard fans of the show, it's more than a little bit gutting.

Don't worry about people unfollowing you. Because for every person who unfollowed you I'm sure you'll gain a new follower. Because how you feel is how a lot of people feel. It is nothing against Nathan per se. I actually love his personality and I couldn't imagine anyone better than him to play Castle. But it really hurts to hear the star of your favorite show talk about it with as little respect as he does. It's clear by now that Caste is just a job to him. And that's disappointing for a fan.

Losing followers actually doesn’t bug me anymore.

As long as I don’t lose the people I’ve come to see as friends here on tumblr (I’m pretty sure I’d have to like say something pretty terrible or start killing little animals to do so) I’m perfectly fine.

Most of the followers I’ve lost have been those fly-by-night followers who just follow because of the scribbles, and they’re usually gone by the week’s end.

I completely agree with you, no one else could play Castle. He is Castle, but like it said it does hurt to see and listen to his interviews.

Oh well, what can we do?

Like I’ve said before. I’ll keep supporting him, but won’t go out of my way to do so. And I’ll just turn to the rest of the amazing cast, crew and writers for the love of the show that I’m looking for.
